Online Payments
- Online transaction charges are not part of the billing amount. The following transaction charges shall be applicable as per the mode of payment that you choose:
Net Banking / Credit Cards / Debit Cards etc.
- The bill payment made through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will normally reach our account after 1-2 days. It is the sole responsibility of the patients to ensure that the bill payment is made on time. We shall not be responsible for any unsettled bill payment due to any reason. We also shall not be responsible, if the payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
- K.J. Somaiya Hospital & Research Center does not guarantee the availability of an online bill Payment System every time. We will not be responsible for fine exemption if the last day patient payment transition fails. We strongly advise that you submit the bill payment through Offline or Online Payment System before the discharge is near.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Technical Issues:
In case of any technical issue due to which the payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not show in our official ERP but the payment gateway service clearly mentions the confirmed settlement thereafter our account receives the payment. We manually submit the payment in our ERP. It should take 7-10 working days for the payment to be credited in K.J. Somaiya Hospital & Research Center’s account.
Multiple Payments Case:
If double payment happens and the payment gateway service clearly mentions it, the K.J. Somaiya Hospital will refund the extra payment after the K.J. Somaiya Hospital accounts team receives payment which should take 7-10 working days for the back payment to reflect in your account from which payment was done.
Bank Issues in Payments:
In case of any bank issues which are out of the patient's control, the patient needs to inform the K. J. Somaiya Hospital administrative office at the earliest to avoid any discrepancies in the Services. The K. J. Somaiya Hospital will not be responsible for anything that is not informed to them in prior.
Other Payments Case:
In all other cases, where there is a discrepancy in the bill payment paid, the patient has to directly contact the K. J. Somaiya Hospital and the K. J. Somaiya Hospital’s decision would be final.
